It enables the receipt and processing of reports concerning irregular conduct, serious or very serious administrative offences, crimes, or regulatory breaches—whether related to applicable legislation or to the internal rules and commitments established by the company in connection with Ibertinsa’s activities.
This internal reporting channel allows communications to be made anonymously. Its management is handled externally to the company to ensure maximum confidentiality, independence, and impartiality regarding the information received, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available in the access section of the reporting form.
It is designed so that any employee, supplier, citizen, public-sector company or organization, and any interested third party or collaborator connected to the company’s activities may report actions/omissions related to criminal or administrative infringements—anonymously and without fear of retaliation.

There is an obligation to report when there is knowledge or suspicion of acts of fraud, corruption, or conflict of interest, as well as to raise alerts regarding non-compliance with procedures and controls implemented by Ibertinsa to identify risks of fraud, corruption, or conflicts of interest.
The Channel may not be used to submit complaints and/or suggestions.
Any other type of information unrelated to the actions or omissions indicated above must be communicated through the appropriate channel enabled for such purpose.
