offences, crimes, or regulatory breaches related to Ibertinsa\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n<p>There is an obligation to report when there is knowledge or suspicion of acts of fraud, corruption, or conflict of interest, as well as to raise alerts regarding non-compliance with procedures and controls implemented by Ibertinsa to identify risks of fraud, corruption, or conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n<p>The Channel may not be used to submit complaints and\/or suggestions.<br>Any other type of information unrelated to the actions or omissions indicated above must be communicated
